Our Commitment

Ionic Blu LLC ("BLÜ Toothbrush," "we," "us") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures We Have Taken

  • Conducted a comprehensive accessibility audit of our website using automated testing tools and manual review
  • Added descriptive alternative text to all images across our site
  • Ensured all interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) have accessible names for screen reader users
  • Added skip-navigation functionality for keyboard users
  • Implemented proper page landmark structure (header, main content, footer) for assistive technology navigation
  • Ensured all form inputs have proper labels
  • Restored keyboard focus indicators so keyboard users can see which element is active
  • Added accessible titles to all embedded content (iframes)
  • Continuing to review and improve our site on an ongoing basis

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, some areas of our site may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address the following:

  • Some color contrast ratios on certain design elements may not meet the minimum 4.5:1 ratio for normal text. We are working with our design team to adjust these.
  • Third-party embedded content (payment providers, review widgets, chat widgets) may have their own accessibility limitations outside of our direct control.
