Our website Terms of Service are a legal contract. Our lawyers wrote it and you should read it to make sure you understand to what you are agreeing. This summary does not include everything or change anything in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We just want to provide a more “user-friendly” overview.

What We Collect

In order to provide our service, we collect information about you like your name, email address, mailing or physical address, phone number, billing information, IP address, web browser details, and time zone.

Some of this information may come from Facebook and it may also come from “cookies”. Cookies are small, encrypted text files automatically placed on your device when you access certain websites. We collect brushing and flossing data and other oral care information and habits in order to improve the functionality of the app, help improve the relationship and exchange of information between the user and the dental provider, and help in the reduction of dental care costs.

How We Use It

We use the information that we collect to operate and improve the App, provide our services, and communicate with users. Because some of the information we gather can be of great value to dentists, doctors, other medical professionals, and researchers, we may also share it to improve the overall care that patients can be afforded by the dental industry.

We also use the information to provide you with information and advertisements for other products and services in which you may be interested. When you place an order through the App or our website, we maintain you order information in our records until you ask us in writing (or via email) to delete it.

We share information with third parties who may offer or be developing products and services that improve your oral and overall systemic health and decrease healthcare costs including but not limited to your dentist, hygienists and dental plans.

We also share information when required by law; to comply with subpoenas, warrants, and court orders; and to protect our rights.

Changes

Our policies may be updated from time to time. The provisions of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are binding contracts. Any information in this overview that conflicts with our published TOS should be disregarded.
